Visibility & Access

Aveela is designed so that nothing is accidentally made public:

• Access mode controls the method (link, login, or both), not the content—unpublished pages always remain hidden.

• Unguessable addresses: Spaces and pages are accessed via long, random identifiers. They cannot be searched or guessed.

• Protected media: In pure login spaces, embedded images are only delivered via time-limited, protected links. When accessed via link, they are publicly available. Logos always remain public.

• Preview: As a customer, preview bypasses all approvals—it’s just for you and also shows drafts.
