Delete space
Remove any spaces that are no longer needed from the overview.
How to delete a Space
In the Spaces overview, open the ⋯ menu on the relevant card.
Select Delete.
Please confirm the inquiry.
What happens during deletion
The Space and its pages will be deleted; shared links and portal access will no longer work afterward.
Check in advance whether customers can still access the content.
If a Space is only meant to be temporarily offline, set it to Draft via the ⋯ menu instead. The content will be preserved but no longer published.
