What is Aveela?
Aveela is a platform that lets you create and deliver instructions, manuals, and help articles in one central location—either as a custom-branded portal or via a secure link.
Instead of scattering knowledge across PDFs and email attachments, release it in a controlled way: your content is only accessible to the people you invite or share the link with. It won’t appear in search engines and isn’t publicly available on the web.
The three central concepts
Space – a container for related content, such as per customer or project. Each Space has its own pages, logo, and access permissions.
Page – the actual content, created in the Aveela editor. Pages can be nested (Page → Subpage) to form your navigation.
Portal – the place where your customers read the released content: via a secure login or a shareable link.
Here’s how to proceed
Create a space,
for example, "Onboarding ACME GmbH".
Write pages
... and arrange them in a logical order.
Publish & share As a login portal or shareable link.
Keep it updated
changes are immediately visible to your customers.
